Ingredients
- 1 round brie
- 4 peaches
- 1 cup blueberries (or more if you are like me)
- 1/2 cup nectarine or fruit-flavored balsamic vinegar
- 1 baguette
Instructions
- Remove some of the casing from the brie.
- Slice baguette into 1/4 inch slices and mist with avocado or olive oil.

- Remove the peach skins and slice the peaches into 8 slices each.
- Grill peaches until they are soft and have light tan grill lines.

- Place bread slices on the grill and lightly toast each side.
- Once peaches are grilled, place the brie into a cast iron or frying pan.

- Place the pan over the grill on medium heat.
- Add fruit-flavored balsamic vinegar onto the brie (we prefer nectarine or peach).
- Once the brie is starting to melt and the balsamic is bubbling slightly, pour blueberries on top.

- Cook until the mixture is bubbly and warm.
- Dip sliced bread into the brie mixture and enjoy!
